This cookie has been part of our lives since we were kids. We have this cookie traditionally during Christmas in Hungary but the flavours are so sensational we had to keep it on all year around.
Lemon shortbread filled with raspberry jam and topped with icing sugar. These cookies pair well with your tea or coffee.

If you are collecting your cake the day before you intend to serve it, please keep your cake refrigerated overnight with the cake box on and serve at room temperature for optimal enjoyment.
